John Blanchard, PE

John is a principal and cofounder of Matrix Design Group with a broad based background in major asset development planning and program management. He has more than 25 years of experience in preparing infrastructure master plans, cost and revenue models, public finance strategies, and implementation programs.

He is recognized as a national leader in water resources, including 10 years of experience as an instructor for the University of Wisconsin and American Society of Civil Engineers. John has served as Program Manager for redevelopment of the 4,7000 acre former Stapleton Airport in Denver and new town development of Santa Teresa on 21,000 acres of land in New Mexico. He routinely works on complex, interdisciplinary projects that require innovative, collaborative, problem solving.
