Eric Smith, PE

Eric, a vice president with Matrix, has a very broad engineering background that includes transportation and traffic engineering; infrastructure planning and design; financial consulting services and construction management. He is responsible for the design, coordination, and management of municipal and private sector improvement projects, studies and reports. He provides project management and coordination for transportation, drainage, utility, capital improvement and site development projects as well as detailed master planning and analysis.

In addition to his engineering background, Eric provides financial consulting services across numerous spectrums including impact fee development for utility/drainage/transportation systems, infrastructure master planning, financial cash flow analyses, and special taxing district formations.
