Stapleton Redevelopment

Matrix has been an integral part of the Stapleton redevelopment team since the redevelopment of this 4700-acre former airport began in 1999.

Prairie Gateway/Victory Crossing

Matrix provided master planning support to Commerce City its succesful bid for site selection by Kroenke Sports wEnterprises. Matrix subsequently designed the trunk infrastructure and site plans for the 600,000 SF stadium complex.

Fort Monmouth Reuse and Redevelopment

This 1100+ acre site in a densely populated area just one hour from Manhattan is targeted for redevelopment once the transfer is complete. Matrix has been assisting with this transition throughout this base realignment and closure, providing engineering assessments and business and operations planning services.

Santa Teresa

Matrix provided infrastructure master planning, water resource and transportation planning services for this 20,000-acre, mixed-used residential community in New Mexico to meet the increasing need for affordable workforce housing along the US / Mexico border.

Larkridge Mall

Matrix provided a number of services for this major land development project including  analysis of 155 square miles of urban development for necessary drainage infrastructure upgrades and improvements.  

 Fitzsimons Redevelopment

Matrix has provided critical program management and engineering services for the redevelopment of this site from a former Army Medical Center into a bioscience research park.

Cordera Park-Briargate Crossing

Matrix was retained by La Plata Investments to provide planning, engineering, and surveying services for approximately 1,000 acres of land for the Cordera and Briargate Crossing developments located in northeastern Colorado Springs, Colorado. The area is part of the larger 9,600 acre Briargate Master Planned Community

Gold Hill Mesa

This 210-acre mixed-use infill development involved civil engineering services including roadway, grading, erosion, water, stormwater and sewer plans as well as assisting in financing and cost modeling as part of the comprehensive infrastructure phasing plan.

Canyons South

Matrix provided civil engineering and plan review for this 2000-acre, 968-unit housing development that also includes golf courses, regional parks and schools.

TransPort

Matrix provided professional services relating to the preparation of an Infrastructure Master Plan and other documents in support of the Framework Development Plan (FDP) for the TransPort project.  This work supports preparation of a site-wide infrastructure master plan, FDP, and Metro District formation for TransPort.
