Guam Compatibility Sustainability Study

Stockton 2035 General Plan

Guam Over 20 stakeholders involved with this compatibility sustainability study demanded a consultant team that truly understands how to bring private and DoD entities together. Matrix has been working for GovGuam to create a plan to for future growth. Stockton Stockton, is preparing for future growth with its 2035 General Plan. Matrix created a plan that balances infill development with new greenfield development. A unique "district and villages" element was created for targeting revitalization opportunities and creating new mixed-use villages.

Kingsville Joint Land Use Study

Lake County General Plan

Kingsville The Kingville JLUS included an implementation plan that took the short-, medium-, and long-term goals and put them into action. Lake County This plan was developed to address unique needs of the county, including integration of existing and proposed community plans, utilization and protection of the County’s natural resources, economic development, agricultural resources development, and providing for a range of housing opportunities. The County’s General Plan also needed to work with federal land managers and the six Native American tribes in the County.

Edwards AFB  Issues at Edwards AFB include future urban growth pressures from surrounding communities as well as the protection of critical airspace. Canon City Matrix is providing master planning and design services for a historic 500-acre open space area.
