The Matrix vision for this project is that Utilities become a national model at the nexus of watershed stewardship and economic development.

This is achieved through the implementation of watershed planning and management techniques that incorporate forward-thinking methods to enhance our water supply assets and recognize our watersheds as multi-use amenities that provide forest resources, wildlife habitat, and recreation, among others.
