South Platte River Restoration		Westerly Creek Channel Restoration: Stapleton
	Matrix designed, permitted and is overseeing the construction for this major river restoration project that will take several hundred acres at Auraria out of the floodplain.		The award-winning Westerly Creek Channel Restoration is part of Matrix's extensive work at Stapleton.
Colorado Springs Utilities Watershed Management Plan		Fountain Creek Corridor Restoration
	The vision for this project is that this Colorado Springs Utilities plan become a national model at the nexus of watershed stewardship and economic development.		Matrix is providing engineering services to the City of Pueblo for two demonstration projects which will utilize innovative approaches to improving water quality in and along Fountain Creek.
Denver Storm Drainage Master Plan		Auraria Campus Infrastructure Master Plan
	This project comprehensively analyzed 155 square miles of urban development for necessary drainage infrastructure upgrades and improvements.		Matrix provided analysis and planning for storm, sanitary and water mains at this major downtown Denver campus. The plan fully develops the infrastructure elements and cost estimates to supply the future growth anticipated at AHEC.
Teller County Water & Sanitation District No. 1		Cherry Creek Stabilization Master Plan
	Matrix has been evaluating the existing demands and reliability of the potable water system. Proposed distribution system improvements are to be completed in 2013. In addition, Matrix has performed a treatment analysis for the contaminated water supply.		A hydraulic model was developed to examine shear stress along a 12.2 mile reach of Cherry Creek. The model allowed for the evaluation of proposed stabilization measures and their impacts on the 100-year floodplain.
Kansas Army Ammunition Plant Water & Wastewater Assessment & Infrastructure Master Plan
	Matrix prepared an existing conditions report for the water and wastewater infrastructure. Proposed infrastructure improvements needed to accommodate site build out were identified and categorized into a phasing plan. Infrastructure improvements were incorporated into an overall capital improvement plan for the site.
