Every holiday season, Matrix looks for ways to make a difference in the communities where we work, live, and play. It’s been a challenging year for many people across the country, and Matrix couldn’t be prouder to help deliver some joy and warmth to those around us during these difficult times.

Employees from our Colorado Springs office ran a food drive for Care and Share, providing boxes of non-perishable food items for individuals and families in need. Care and Share works to ensure Southern Coloradans at risk of hunger have access to enough healthy and nutritious food to thrive. Employees also collected a box full of toys for Toys for Tots!

Staff at the Denver office ran a toy drive for the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver. For 60 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver has been there for kids and families when they need them most, with the toy drive ensuring every child and teen served opened a gift this holiday season.

Team members in Phoenix donated gifts and toys to UMOM New Day Centers. UMOM restores hope and helps rebuild lives by providing temporary shelter, services, and affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness. The Phoenix office also donated gift cards for Fry’s grocery store to Justa Center. Justa Center provides life-sustaining resources, services, and support to help homeless seniors on their path back to permanent housing, as well as supportive services to help prevent seniors from becoming homeless.

Employees in our Anniston office donated cash and gift cards to a local family in need through the Adopt-a-Family program. The program helps one million children across the United States who usually have to go without Christmas gifts. Anonymous donors adopt families in an expanding Christmas tradition that makes the season brighter for both the gift giver and receiver.
