Matrix was lead consultant providing assistance to the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners related to developing the Multi-Year Implementation Plan (MYIP) as required by the RESTORE Act of 2012. In creating the MYIP, Matrix worked closely with the County Administrator, the RESTORE Act Coordinator, and with the Okaloosa RESTORE Advisory Committee (ORAC). The ORAC is an 11-member panel empowered by the Board of County Commissioners to assist with the development of the MYIP. The Matrix Team helped devise a model to evaluate project submittals, provide rankings or prioritizations, and make recommendations to the Board for project submission to U.S. Treasury. In addition to facilitating ORAC meetings, Matrix is deeply involved in public engagement, financial analysis, and comprehensive planning.
