Sal Nodjomian, PE, was recently elected to the Florida Defense Contractors Association (FDCA) Board of Directors. FDCA focuses on business development statewide and is an education group for Florida defense and aerospace businesses of all sizes with the long-term goals of facilitating a statewide business development network for defense-related businesses.

Sal started his professional career with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware and went on to earn five master’s degrees and excel in the United States Air Force. During his Air Force career, he served in many roles to include the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Environment, and Logistics and the Air Base Wing Commander for Eglin Air Force Base, the Department of Defense’s largest installation. He consistently led the facilities and personnel he managed to top honors and was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. He is looking forward to utilizing his experience to advance FDCA mission, policies, and activities.
