Matrix, one of the leading planning, engineering, and design firms in America, and recognized as an excellent workplace, has recently been acknowledged by the esteemed management and marketing company, the Zweig Group, with two prestigious awards.

The initial recognition came as Matrix was awarded one of the  '2023 Best Firms to Work For.' This honor follows an industry-wide survey asking staff about their workplace experiences, focusing on various key factors, including communication, compensation, benefits, retention, opportunities for promotion, and overall workplace practices.

"Companies acknowledged in this category are celebrated for their commitment to providing an exceptional employee experience. They have established a supportive environment where employees feel appreciated, can contribute significantly, and can clearly see their role in the firm's overall mission and success," reads a statement on Zweig’s website.

In addition to this, Matrix also received the honor of being named amongst the top 100 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms in the United States and Canada, earning a place on Zweig's '2023 Hot Firm List.'

"These firms have outpaced the economy and their competitors to establish themselves as leaders in their respective fields. They are ranked according to a score derived from both dollar and percentage revenue growth over a three-year period," according to the Zweig Group's website.
