Marketplace Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation

Matrix provided engineering design, construction management, and construction observation services for the rehabilitation of the Marketplace Pedestrian Bridge over Interstate 25 in Northglenn, Colorado. The rehabilitation focused on repairing the bridge curbs and soffits at the bridge railing, valued at $300,000 with a six-week horizon. Matrix assisted the City with all bidding documentation for the solicitation package and attended the pre-bid meeting to address questions from potential contractors. We seamlessly transitioned this project from design phase to construction phase by leveraging our integrated Team and full range of engineering and other technical capabilities. Matrix provided field inspection services and performed construction observation to ensure compliance with the design plans and specifications.
