The residential BFR products being prepared for development include single-family homes, townhomes, cottages, and multifamily apartments. Entitlements management services provided by Matrix include: conceptual site plans, Pre-application packages, general plan amendment requests, rezoning packages, citizen participation plans, and presentation materials for neighborhood, planning commission, and city council meetings.
